Prostaglandin E2 receptor (53kDa), also known as PTGER2, subtype EP2 or Prostaglandin E receptor 2, is a prostaglandin receptor for prostaglandin E2. It also denotes the human gene encoding the receptor.[1]

Mechanism

The receptor is a G-protein coupled receptor, which activates the G protein Gs.[2].
