Overview
Most patients with sinus bradycardia do not have symptoms or asymptomatic. Individuals who are present with symptoms can experience fatigue, exercise intolerance, lightheadedness, dizziness, syncope or presyncope, worsening of anginal symptoms, worsening of heart failure, or cognitive delay.
History and Symptoms

Patients with sinus bradycardia may have a positive history of:[1]
- History of previous cardiac events which might include:
- Myocardial infarction(MI)
- Congestive heart failure(CHF)
- Valvular problems
- Medication history
- History of prior illnesses
