History
Patients with cushing syndrome may have a positive history of:
- severe or massive PPH
- pituitary mass
- coagulopathy like DIC
Common Symptoms
Common symptoms of cushing syndrome include:
- agalactorrhea due to mammary gland areophy.[1]
- amenorrhea/oligomenorrhea
- decreased/absent pubic or axillary hair.[2]
- hypotension.[3]
- Pallor
- dry skin, constipation, fatigue, bradycardia and hair loss due to hypothyroidism.[1]
- vaginal atrophy
- slow reflexes
- myxedema
- cognitive changes including psychosis.[4]
