Overview

X-ray findings associated with Whipple's disease depend on the system involved. These findings are not diagnostic. In patients with pulmonary involvement, chest x-ray may demonstrate pulmonary infiltrates, pleural effusion, nodular pattern, small lung volumes, or mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
