The hallmark of hypopharyngeal cancer is dysphagia. A positive history of [[odynophagia]] and [[hoarseness]] is suggestive of hypopharyngeal cancer. Common symptoms include lump in the neck, [[dysphagia]], and [[hoarseness]].

Overview
