Objective

The objective of this study is to assess the effect of the decrease in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) by diet and drug combinations on the regression of coronary lesions.

Publications

The decrease in LDL among patients with familial hypercholesterolemia may lead to the regression of atherosclerotic lesions in the coronary arteries.[1]
