Overview
Electrocardiogram has no role in the diagnosis of thymoma except it may show findings in a thymoma patient with positive history of myasthenia gravis (MG).
Electrocardiogram
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) may show ischemic ST-T wave changes.
- These changes can give false picture of ischemic heart disease.
- Thymectomy can reverse the abnormal ECG changes.
