Overview
Physical examination findings will depend on the location of the osteosarcoma. Common physical examination findings of osteosarcoma are localized swelling and tenderness at the site of the tumor.
Physical Examination
Physical examination findings are usually limited to the site of the osteosarcoma:[1][2][3][4][5]
- Palpable mass
- Tenderness
- Warmness
- Increased skin vascularity over the mass
- Pulsations or a bruit
- Decreased range of motion
- Lymphadenopathy
- Respiratory findings
