Common physical examination findings of B cell lymphomas include peripheral lymphadenopathy, central lymphadenopathy, fever, pruritus, pallor, petechiae, jaundice, chest tenderness, abdominal distension, abdominal tenderness, and hepatosplenomegaly.

The following physical examination findings may be present among patients with B cell lymphomas:[1][2][3][4][5]

Appearance of the Patient

  • Appearance of the Patients with B cell lymphomas depends on the stage of disease. Patients may present with cachexia in late disease stage.

Vital Signs

  • Abnormalities of the head/hair may include:
  • Patients may develop superior vena cava syndrome, which may present with:
