Madam-6, or 4,5-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, is a lesser-known psychedelic drug. It is an analog of Methamphetamine (crystal meth). Madam-6 was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. In his book PIHKAL (Phenethylamines I Have Known and Loved), the minimum dosage is listed as 280 mg, and the duration unknown. Madam-6 produces few to no effects. Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of Madam-6.
