• Diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis
• Spontaneous pneumothorax

• Children may also develop:

• Anemia caused by spreading of the tumors to the bone marrow
• Diabetes insipidus
• Lung problems that lead to lung failure
• Problems with the pituitary gland that lead to growth failure
