Chemotherapy	Most often, patients with hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma are treated with combination chemotherapy Drug regimen: (CHOP) Cyclophosphamide AND Doxorubicin AND Vincristine AND Prednisone
Stem cell transplant	A stem cell transplant may be an option for some patients with hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma
