Pulse
- Tachycardia may be present
Blood Pressure
- Hypotension may be present
Skin
- Skin may appear dry and skin pinch may be delayed due to dehydration.
HEENT
- The mouth and lips may appear dry due to dehydration.
Abdomen
- Lower abdominal tenderness may also be present.
