Dosing and Administration
Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis (Adults)
PO / IV 500 mg every 24 h for 7 days.
Acute Bacterial Sinusitis(Adults)
PO / IV 500 mg every 24 h for 10 to 14 days or 750 mg every 24 h for 5 days.
Anthrax (inhalational; postexposure)(Adults)
PO / IV 500 mg every 24 h for 60 days.
Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis(Adults)
PO / IV 500 mg every 24 h for 28 days.
Community-Acquired Pneumonia(Adults)
PO / IV 500 mg every 24 h for 7 to 14 days, or 750 mg every 24 h for 5 days.
