Chest X Ray

Shown below is an example of chest x ay in a patient with tricuspid atresia demonstrating the following features: (a) reduced pulmonary blood flow, prominent aortic root and right atrium, (b) the left anterior oblique projection on the right side shows distinctive humped appearance of the anterior cardiac silhouette due to right atrial enlargement in the absence of a right ventricle.
