I am 2nd year medical student at UAB who is in the dedicated 1 month study period preparing for the step 1 exam. I am interested in checking out this resource as it is a free question bank. I am interested in diagnostic radiology so attaining a high score on this exam is important to me. I have been using UWorld, pathoma, first aid, and USMLE-Rx to aid me in my studies.
