Dr.Salam Kadhem is an internal medicine resident in the University of Kansas-Wichita. His medical school was Almustansryah University in Baghdad, Iraq. He graduated from the medical school in 2006 and served as junior and senior house officer at many governmental hospitals in Iraq .His service period was characterized by security crisis and medical staff deficiency but he preferred to do his best to save people lives over there. He volunteered during the war period while he was a medical student to help civilian casualties in Iraqi hospitals. He migrated to The United States in 2012 and get into Kansas University Internal Medicine Program in Wichita, Kansas. Salam and his Family Decided to dedicate their life to help people of Kansas which was their Home and refuge after fleeing Iraq. He is married from Rawaa Ebrahem,and they have a very nice little girl Rima.
