Overview
Cardiac involvement in the course of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is considered very rare, and reports of endocardial[1] and valvular[2] involvement, myocarditis, [3] [4] pericardial effusion[5] [6] [7] and bradyarrhythmias[8] are few and sporadic. [9]
