Overview

The EKG findings may be related to cardiac siderosis as a complication of iron overload associated with sideroblastic anemia.

Electrocardiogram

The EKG findings may be related to cardiac siderosis as a complication of iron overload associated with sideroblastic anemia and can include arrythmias and heart block.[1] EKG can show low voltage QRS complexes due to infiltrative heart disease from iron deposition.
