Overview
Gold poisoning can be a result of excess exposure to gold. Gold can be used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and pemphigus vulgaris.
Side effects
Side effects of gold poisoning are:
- Dermatitis
- Pruritis
- Blue -grey skin discoloration
- Thrombocytopenia
- Membranous glomerulonephritis
- Diarrhea[1] [2]
