Laboratory Findings

• Complete blood count is remarkable for the following abnormalities:
  • Anemia
  • Marked lymphocytosis
  • A monotonous population of prolymphocytes in the peripheral blood and bone marrow

• Abnormal blood chemistry studies

• Abnormal blood peripheral smear
