Overview
Antrochoanal polyp is a benign solitary polypoid lesion.
Natural History, Complications and Prognosis
It usually arises in a maxillary sinus.
- Opacifying and enlarging the maxillary sinus without bone destruction.
- Passes through the sinus ostium into the choana
- From choana it passes into the posterior nasopharynx.
