Overview
The paired Skene's glands lie laterally to the external urethral meatus. Skene's duct cysts are periurethral cyst located near the external urethral meatus. Skene's duct cysts are often incidental findings and asymptomatic. When infected, these Skene's glands present as tender masses and must be surgically excised.
