Depon is an over-the-counter painkiller with a main ingredient of paracetamol. It is mostly administered for headaches, fever, migraines, tooth aches, and/or menstrual cramps, and has the capability of being absorbed quickly by the gastrointerine system. Once absorbed it directly affects the Central Nervous System (CNS) stopping pain and suppressing fever. The suggested dosage is 500 to 1000mg (0.5-1g) every four to six hours, while the daily dosage should not exceed 4g.
