Have reversed Diabetes Type 2 in self; improved thyroid function; lost 150 pounds, and more. Writing books on health. Posting on both Facebook and Quora. Listening to webinars; reading research papers and books; reading FBF postings (most are medical folks or scientists) and trying to share the best info.
