Etiology

1. Pulmonary etiology

   Pulmonary hypertension causes right heart overload and leads to
   increase in pre-load and causes Right heart failure

   1. Fluid overload

      excessive IV fluids in a hospital setting can cause more preload and cause heart failure

      Cardiac etiology

      Massive MI with complication causes the blood to buildup pressure and leads to fluid overload and causes Left heart failure
