The goal of this section is to provide the background on the history of how the disease/condition was discovered, and the developments in the study of the disease over time.
Remember to put {{CMG}} at the top of the page, and the template you created for the navigation bars at the right side of the box.
Below is a template and a description of some of the subheadings you can use on this page.
Remember this is not the page for patient history, or the natural history of the disease.

This section should include the name of the disease in the first sentence, and give a brief description of the important aspects of the information that is relayed in the rest of the page.
