Authorship Rules regarding chapters on WikiDoc

  • The fellow adding major content to a page should be the first author.
  • If a fellow did relevant edits to a previously written page, he may add his name after the First author.
  • If the whole page is copied from other sources, the content and name of the author may be removed.
  • If there is no content on the page, the name of the author may be removed.
  • If a fellow is reviewing language and grammar, he may add his/her name using template Grammar Reviewer:.


Under no circumstances, a name should be added to a page without adding relevant content.


Active Status Criteria

To meet the criteria of an active scholar, you have to fulfill ALL of the following criteria.

  • Actively contributing to a topic on wikidoc.(meaningless edits in the sandbox won't be counted.)
  • Completing a chapter in a 2-week duration.
  • Being responsive to the emails and text messages posted on the group.
  • Updating the coach regarding the progress of the assigned project at least on a weekly basis.
  • Meeting the criteria of B or higher per Letter of Recommendation criteria for all the enlisted qualities.
  • Fixing the page per the instruction of the reviewer.
  • Not being inactive more than three weeks consecutively.
