MRI
- There are no MRI findings associated with preeclampsia. However, a brian MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of preeclampsia, which include Posterior reversible encephalopathy .[1]
- Findings on brain MRI suggestive of Posterior reversible encephalopathy include vasogenic edema, hyperintensities in the posterior aspects of the brain.
