First known case of Natural-Killer-cell lymphoma was a 19-years old man,with a tumor affecting nasal cavity. It was diagnosed as "Granuloma Gangraenescens" which was considered as unclassified sarcoma.the diagnosis was confirmed by pathology as Wegner's Granulomatosis was ruled out.
33 years later,in 1998, the patient had a relapse with skin lesions which progressed with nasal involvement in 2002
