Laboratory Findings

Symptoms may be severe and involve many different organs. In a retrospective Taiwanese cohort study of 60 patients,[1] the following incidences were observed.

Incidence of hematologic abnormalities in DRESS syndrome [2]

Lymphocytopenia 45%
