- Mucocutaneous hyperpigmentation (mouth, hands, and feet)
- Rectal bleeding
- Melena
- Rectal prolapse
- Abdominal pain
- Weight loss
- Gynecomastia in males
- Menstrual irregularities in females
- Hematemesis
- Fatigue
