This is an image of murine CTLA4 (CD152) which is necessary for inhibiting the T cells. It binds to CD28 with a higher affinity than the costimulatory molecules CD80 and CD86. This image is derived from Protein Data Bank data 1DQT which was published by Ostrov et al in 2000. I rendered the image in PyMol myself based on the published pdb file.
