He received his MBBS degree from the King Edward Medica University in Lahore, Pakistan, after which he did some research projects with the Pakistan National Cricket Board and then at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, Maryland. He then joined as a post-doctoral research fellow at PERFUSE Study Group. Dr. Talib is an associate editor-in-chief at WikiDoc.org, where he authors and peer-reviews content in oncology, cardiovascular medicine, nephrology, infectious disease, and gastroenterology.
