Dr. Foye is well-known for his expertise in non-surgical treatment a variety of medical conditions including coccyx pain (tailbone pain), back pain, arm and leg pains, arthritis, etc. His personable, private-practice office is located on a modern, renowned, academic medical school campus. Dr. Foye is an Associate Professor of PM&R at UMDNJ: New Jersey Medical School. He has won multiple awards for his teaching abilities, bedside manner, and community service. Dr. Foye has given hundreds of lectures, and publishes extensively within the medical literature.

Dr. Foye has been named Director of the Coccyx Pain Service in his department at New Jersey Medical School, within UMDNJ (which is the largest public health care university in the United States).

  • Evaluation and non-surgical treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, acute and chronic, e.g. work and auto injuries, back pain, neck pain, limb pain, arthritis, etc.

  • Chart Reviews (peer reviews): assessments for physical impairments, causation, appropriateness of care, Maximal Medical Improvement, etc.. Also assessing appropriateness of EMG billing patterns.
  • EMG/nerve conduction studies: certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
  • Therapeutic Spine Injections: member of International Spinal Injection Society.
  • Co-Director of the Spine Injection Clinic at University Hospital, Newark, NJ.

  • 2002: Excellence in Teaching Award. Sole physician/faculty recipient from several hundred faculty members, New Jersey Medical School.
  • 2001 and 2002: nominated for “Golden Apple” teaching award, UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, Newark.
  • 2000: Testified to OSHA (at the United States Dept. of Labor, Washington, D.C.) in Spring 2000: Expert medical testimony on the topic of workplace ergonomics and work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
