Urokinase is a thrombolytic that is FDA approved for the treatment of pulmonary embolism. Common adverse reactions include bleeding nd [anaphylaxis]].

- Loading dose: 4,400 IU/kg at a rate of 90 mL/h' over a period of 10 minutes.
