A positive history of [[radiation]] exposure and [[family history]] of thyroid [[adenoma]]  is suggestive of thyroid [[adenoma]]. The most common [[symptoms]] of thyroid [[adenoma]] include [[cough]] and [[hoarseness]] of voice.
