There are no CT scan findings associated with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. However, in Pulmonary complications of SJS, which include Broncholitis Obliterans, ARDS, Pnemonitis. and Respiratory failure, Positive findings on CT scan may be seen

There are no CT scan findings associated with Stevens Johnson Syndrome. However, a CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of Pulmonary complications of SJS, which include:

  • Broncholitis Obliterans-Ctbscan may show Air trapping and areas of mosaic attenuation along with diifusely thickened airway walls. Peribronchial is scarring also seen"Redirecting".
  • ARDS
  • Respiratory Failure (uncommon)
