Natural History

• Primary central nervous system lymphoma is usually a fast-growing (aggressive) lymphoma.
• Primary central nervous system lymphoma often recurs after treatment.

Prognosis

Because of the severity of immunosuppression at the time of diagnosis, it is to no surprise that prognosis is usually poor.
