Overview

Pancoast tumor is a subtype of lung cancer localized to the lung apex. Secondary prevention for lung cancer consists of smoking cessation and screening. Secondary chemoprevention focuses on blocking the development of lung cancer in individuals in whom a precancerous lesion has been detected.
