How Supplied

OXISTAT® (oxiconazole nitrate) Cream, 1% is supplied in[1]:

30-g tubes (NDC 10337-358-30),

60-g tubes (NDC 10337-358-60), and

90-g tubes (NDC 10337-358-90).

Store between 15° and 30° C (59° and 86° F).

OXISTAT® (oxiconazole nitrate) Lotion, 1% is supplied in:

30-mL bottle (NDC 10337-359-30)

60-mL bottle (NDC 10337-359-60).
