Overview
CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of hemophilia. Findings on CT scan suggestive of hemophilia include muscle, intracranial, and intraabdominal hematomas, hemophilic pseudotumor, intracranial hemorrhage, muscle ossification, and pseudoaneurysm following arterial trauma.

CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of hemophilia. Findings on CT scan suggestive of hemophilia include:
- Muscle hematoma[1][2]
- Intracranial hematoma[3][4]
- Hemophilic pseudotumour (shown as an expansive and thinly corticated lesion with fluid attenuation)[5][6]
- Intracranial hemorrhage[4][7]
- Intraabdominal hematomas involving the viscera[8]
- Muscle ossification (Myositis ossificans)[9]
- Pseudoaneurysms after arterial trauma[10]
