Eosinophilia is a laboratory finding; imaging plays no role in determining whether a patient has eosinophilia.  Most causes of eosinophilia are also not diagnosed through imaging, however CT scan can be useful in diagnosing solid organ malignancies, which can cause eosinophilia.
