Chaddock reflex is a diagnostic reflex similar to the Babinski reflex. It is designed to identify lesions of the pyramidal tract, [1] via stimulation of the skin over the lateral malleolus.

It was identified by Charles Gilbert Chaddock in 1899.[2]
