How Supplied Storage and Handling

levatol® (penbutolol sulfate) 20 mg tablets are capsule-shaped, film-coated, yellow tablets scored on both sides and imprinted in black with “SP 22” on one side. They are supplied as follows:

Bottles of 100 NDC 52244-450-10

Store at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F); excursions permitted between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Keep tightly closed and protect from light.[1]
