X ray is routinely done in the patients with aplastic anemia.
Xray findings
- Lymphadenopathy
- Xray of kidneys and the bones in the arms and hands, are sometimes abnormal in young people who have Fanconi anemia. This type of anemia can lead to aplastic anemia.
- Helpful in ruling out infections.
