I am an Emergency Medicine Resident at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Following medical school at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, i underwent post-graduate training in emergency medicine and anesthesiology and critical care in Manchester, United Kingdom. Subsequently, I spent a research year as a post-doctoral fellow at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore.

My clinical interests are in: Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

My research interests include: Time-series analysis in medicine with prediction modeling using biosignals; Non-invasive monitoring and medical devices with applications in critical care and emergency medicine, Human factors research in dynamic and time-critical settings using informatics and systems engineering tools; Disaster medicine, Space medicine and the Synergy of Sciences towards improving Quality and Efficiency of patient care and promoting Patient Safety
