Overview

An ECG may be helpful in the diagnosis of megaloblastic anemia, though the ECG findings are not specific to a diagnosis of megaloblastic anemia. Findings on an ECG suggestive of/diagnostic of megaloblastic anemia include T wave inversions, ST-segment depression, LVH.
