Key MRI findings in adrenolipoma are:

• Hyperintense T1 phase due to fat contents
• Fat suppression on T1 (FS)
• Intermediate to hyperintense T2 phase, but can sometimes vary depending on contents (especially blood products)
• Striking enhancement on T1 C+ (Gd)
