Acid Fuchsin also called Masson Stain is commonly used to stain tissue sections in the Histology Laboratory.

Formula:

  • 1 gm of Acid Fuchsin
  • 1 mL of Glacial Acetic Acid (HOAc)
  • 100 mL of Distilled water
